The Car Barn
The Car Barn is 2,000 sq ft with 25-ft floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom deodar cedar wood topped bar. The accompanying Jewel Box is a glass-enclosed side room featuring gorgeous jewel-colored window coverings, bathed in a rainbow spectrum of sunlight during the day.
Car Barn Capacity: 80 standing or 100 seated theater or 60 seated dining
Comes with use of The Courtyard, an outdoor space centered around a 90-year-old Black Acacia tree surrounded by a stone patio and freshly renovated garden.
Courtyard Capacity: 200 standing or 250 seated theater or 150 seated dining
